Warranty Period
1. All products purchased from our Website are provided with a 12-month free warranty service from the date of purchase. Please note that products purchased elsewhere are not covered in this warranty.

2. If you used a discount when purchasing the product, you can only be refunded with the amount you actually paid. 


Quality-Related Warranty Claims
1. JOYYTECH will offer a new replacement item of equal value based on the defect's extent. If a replacement is not available or preferred, JOYYTECH will offer a refund according to the usage time of the item.
2. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through JOYYTECH’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled directly by those distributors and retailers, but the JOYYTECH Customer Support Team is available for product support.


Requirements for Warranty Claims
1. Sufficient proof of purchase, such as an order number (preferred) or sales invoice.
2. Detailed explanation of the defect, including pictures or videos (preferred) clearly showing the defect.
3. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection to verify the defect (at the discretion of the JOYYTECH Customer Support Team).
4. Note: Contact the JOYYTECH Customer Support Team directly before returning defective items, whether purchased on the official JOYYTECH website, Amazon, or through a third-party distributor or retailer.

The following products are not eligible for warranty claims
1. Free products (given through social media giveaways, etc.)
2. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
3. Lost or stolen products
4. Items that have passed their warranty period
5. Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
Repairs through third parties
6. Damage from external sources (including wear and tear)
7. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
8. Purchases from unauthorized resellers
9. Gifts purchased by others
